Welcome to Bheem Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bheem Academy website, mobile applications, and educational services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Bheemverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, enrolling in courses, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws

For our Kids AI programs, parental or guardian consent and supervision is required for all users under 18 years of age.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4.1 Enrollment

Upon successful payment and enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Access Duration

• Course access is typically provided for the duration specified at enrollment
• Live classes must be attended as per the scheduled timings
• Recorded content may be available for a specified period after course completion
• Access may be revoked for violation of these Terms

4.3 Course Materials

All course materials, including videos, documents, assignments, and resources, are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without authorization.

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes (GST)
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

5.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment
• Refunds are not available if more than 20% of course content has been accessed
• Live class fees are non-refundable once the batch has started
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, record, or distribute course content
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Upload malicious content or attempt to hack our systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Use automated systems to access or scrape content

All content on Bheem Academy, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bheemverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written permission from us.

8.1 Service Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that courses will meet your specific learning objectives or career outcomes.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bheem Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Is fraudulent or harmful to other users
• Could expose us to legal liability

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for courses already purchased.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
